Our Future Forests

Ecological dynamics, bark beetles, and forest recovery and restoration

Please join us for an open house to hear from University of Wyoming and U.S. Forest Service experts about the past, present, and future state of our forests.

These informal meetings are open to the public and are meant to answer questions about the bark beetle outbreak and how forest management and succession will shape our future forests. Following presentations, the public will be able to meet Forest Service personnel in an informal setting.
